2019 Entry Information

Individual Adult and Junior entry fees for 2019 have been set.  All entry fees will include our famous cooked lunch at the finish.

Extra Meal Tickets are available for purchase as part of the on-line registration process.



Entry fees can be paid using PayPal.  However, if you would prefer to pay directly into Cheviot Lions bank account by internet banking you are also able to do so.

All payments made directly into Cheviot Lions bank account must be able to be identified by the Race Administrator.  To ensure your payment can be matched with your entry you must include details in the particulars of your payment.  Details required are: the participants First Initial, Surname and the telephone number or cellphone number detailed on the entry form.

For example, J Bloggs 027123123.


NB. If you are processing a single payment for multiple participants please send an email to info@runandride.co.nz detailing date of the payment, the total payment made and a breakdown of the participants details for the payment.

Entries will be accepted on the day.


Refund Policy

If the event has to be cancelled, a partial refund will be made at the Race Director’s discretion.  All efforts will be made to return as much of the entry fee as possible.  However there are some fixed costs associated with holding the event that must be covered.

For those who withdraw prior to the event an admin fee applies.
